This workshop takes the feedback from our previous work together & applies what the group has learned so far.

Based on your use case, we focus on the specific scenario with customized discussion, exercises & activities.
A unique aspect of this workshop is our Creation Collab segment. Your group participates in building something (Custom Socks, Shirts, Hats, Video, among others) in real-time together.
The goal is to have everyone participate in the creation process, build consensus and create a lasting reminder of your shared experience together (It’s STO cool!)

3 hour-duration, followed by a reveal of the creation exercise and survey feedback to prepare for the leadership workshop.
