Types of Engagement
Stosaic provides command-response preparation and Stoic virtue training through an interactive, problem-based learning experience. Through onsite & virtual workshops, training & coaching. All of which provides detailed awareness, application & integration of our Resilience Operating System to manage specific challenge situations better. We help build healthy habits within a personal resilience framework that you can activate in the moments that matter.

Craven CC Meets the Stoic Chief!
Opening session with Craven CC that incorporated our Resilience Operating System into curated challenge scenarios for School Faculty & Administrator participation and local employer Leadership observation. The series kickoff served as an introduction of the Stoic Chief as lead trainer, reinforcing Command Preparation & Response from his firefighting days with Stoic Value Training to help execute these principles in critical moments.
